We're taking every precaution to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff. To participate in classes or gain access to the gym, please wear a mask and bring your own gloves and wraps.

We've resumed classes in and outdoors to accommodate our growing community. All class sizes remain 8 persons per class and must be scheduled through our scheduling system.
